A little update on my own shoulder mobility work.
With only a small amount of work and some very simple mobility exercises my mobility has come on well in only a short period of time.
In my first video in February, I could barely get the stick behind my head. I am already a lot more comfortable moving the stick into the same position, pushing it a bit further each time.
I’m really feeling the benefit of the work, with less shoulder pain and feeling so much more comfortable doing gym work.
It only takes a small amount of time and a little persistence to really feel the benefit of mobility work. You’ll move better, feel better and become stronger than ever before. To find out more give me a shout!
